The Important of Water


Water is essential if you want to shape up, reduce your body fat and improve health. Do you know how much water you SHOULD be drinking on a daily basis?
(weight / 2 x 100= ? Liter) Did you know that 1 cup of coffee dehydrates 2 cups of water from your body?
Water also helps your body to absorb nutrition from the food you eat, and supports your bone and muscle mass! If you don’t drink enough water on a daily basis, you may be prone to headaches, poor concentration or tiredness, constipation, bad breath, slow weight loss, and dry skin.
